Review previous lesson’s tips on stopping a bully (Brain Pop video)

• Tell them your feelings (help them realize they are hurting you
• Stock with a group of friends
• Tell an adult

Watch:

Discuss:

How did the children in this video put a stop to their friend being bullied?
Have you ever done something to stop a bully?
If stopping the bully doesn't work, what should you do? (reinforce that children are to ask adults for help if the bullying continues)

Do:

Role play different ways to stop a bully and how a student should approach an adult. Model appropriate responses and give students phrases they may use in bullying situations. Have students write their thoughts and conclusions about the lesson.

Wrap up:

Same as previous, provide resources to students who say they are being bullied.
